Delete Your Account & Data
WizePeeps allows you to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. Once deleted, your information is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
1. How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, follow these steps in the WizePeeps app:
- Open the WizePeeps app and tap the Profile icon (bottom-right tab).
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all related data will be deleted immediately.
2. What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information — name, email address, and password
- Profile fields — phone number, birthday, gender, and country
- Progress data — achievements, streaks, scores, and stickers
- Conversation history — all chats with Khamuel (your AI guide)
- Personality profile data — any synced profile insights
3. Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use WizePeeps again.
- Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges.
- Data retention: Some anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
